The Senior Domo Services LLC, trading as The Senior Domo ("we"), serves families in Dallas, Texas. This page explains what we collect and how we protect it.

What we collect

Only what you give us: names, phone numbers, email addresses, the address of the home we visit, and the details you share so we can help your family.

How we use it

To reply to you, plan and deliver the services you ask for, send invoices, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell or rent your information, and we never use it for anyone else's marketing.

How we protect it

• Documents travel only by secure link, never as email attachments or by messaging apps.
• We never ask for your passwords and never handle your money.
• Records are kept in business systems with access limited to the people serving your family.

Who else sees it

Only the providers you approve for your plan (for example a home-care agency or a trade), and the service providers that run our booking, email and records systems, under their own privacy terms. We share information when the law requires it.

Your choices

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to hello@theseniordomo.com.
